Because I love cream cheese

I saw today on Create My Event a posting about cream cheese and all the handy ways you can use it to make delectable treats at a party. I would like to second that notion and encourage you to check out the post and add your own cream cheese recipes to the comments. How can you go wrong with a name like Cream and Cheese?

Here's a great one that I found on the Kraft Food's website to get you started:

Ingredients:
1 box (15.5 oz.) POST Cocoa PEBBLES Cereal

1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter or margarine

1 pkg. (10-1/2 oz.) JET-PUFFED Miniature Marshmallows

PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese Spread

Assorted cut-up fresh fruit

Preparation
LINE 14-inch pizza pan with foil; grease lightly.

MICROWAVE butter in 4-quart microwavable bowl on HIGH 45 seconds. Add marshmallows, mix to coat. Microwave marshmallow mixture 1 minute 30 seconds, stirring after 45 seconds. Stir well. Add cereal; mix until well coated. Press mixture firmly in prepared pan.

BAKE at 350°F for 10 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes. Remove from pan. Carefully remove foil. Cool completely. Cut into 8 wedges.

SPREAD wedges with cream cheese just before serving. Top with fruit.
