Hold on...let me sit down for this.
As you may have read the the post I wrote on my New Years resolutions, I decided to run a half-marathon in June. Yesterday I told my friend Jacque about this resolution and I thought she was going to pass out. Jacque is a personal trainer and has been trying to get me in shape since we were about 12. Well, last night, I started training. My lovely friend Rita told me to start out slow and to run for 5 minutes, then walk for 5, and repeat for 30 minutes. Holy crap I'm out of shape. During the last 5 minute run, I could only go for 3. I thought I was going to throw up and my face was as red as a beet. Here's to the first day of training. Wish me luck.

Hey, at least you have been training. I haven't even started. Next year for my New Years Resolutions, it will be. . . .to keep a new years resolution, or at least work on them within the first week of the new year.
Did you go again today?
i'm going to go tonight. i was up late last night.
uh, yeah. you're my hero!
I'm figuring that if I can do a half marathon this year, that maybe next summer I can do an entire marathon. Just keep in mind that I'm entirely out of shape and I suck at running.
good work buddy... yeah start out slow and sooner than you think you will be running up the mountain that is your street!
you ain't kiddin. i HATE going up that hill. i'm tempted to drive to the bottom and then start my run. bluh.
