I've been trying to get in shape so that I can run more and looking good, real good, isn't a bad thing either. I found this awesome
website today that is dedicated to getting in shape and from just the first page I've found some really awesome things. I just might take their advice and get a personal trainer on my ipod for around $20. You get someone telling you how many reps to do and for how long, etc. and it is way less than getting your own personal trainer at the gym. How awesome is that?
